The purpose of product inspection is to determine whether it’s meeting customer requirements, and special needs. This is to prevent product defects or variations and eventually prevents the probable loss to the company if not detected. While factory audit is to determine if your supplier is a legitimate company and has the capability of manufacturing your products.

Any registered user in the platform can avail services from QUCOSO. Non-registered user can simply sign-up from the web page in-minute, and then book any service that is available at QUCOSO.

If you are a regular customer then 24 hours is fine, but for a new customer we encourage to book the service 48 hours before the service date. This is because new customers may have different technical requirements & special checkpoints and may even request custom-made report. Moreover, if the service volume is expected to be more we prefer the sooner it could be booked.

QUCOSO guarantees a same day report for your inspections; even we share the draft report from the inspection site. But for the high work volume it may take multiple days to complete your inspection and the final report will be released by the 24 hours of the last day.

QUCOSO is a quality control company; we report what we observe and help customers take the decision, whether to approve a shipment (or not) is the only authority of the customer. Hence any result by QUCOSO never relieves the factory to deliver quality products or to compensate the customer for delivering bad quality products.
