Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the India inspector/auditor team, and oversee local operations.
• Prepare protocols and review reports before final release to clients.
• Conduct routine visits to client factories to ensure quality and compliance are maintained.
• Conduct technical/manufacturing audits of factories as per client requirements.
• Maintain good working relationships with all suppliers and factories we collaborate with.
• Be involved in claim investigations when required.

Core Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC management, ideally within apparel manufacturing or a similar field.
• Proven experience in leading quality teams, managing quality systems, and conducting factory audits.
• Experience working for a third-party inspection company is a definite plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
